Terms of Trade Application

  • Please complete the contact form below if you operate a business and are interested in ordering Tiny Equestrians products for trade purposes.
  • Please include the following when completing the contact form:
  1. Your full name, contact number and email address
  2. Business Name and ABN/ACN
  3. Business website URL and physical store address (if applicable)
  4. Type of business
  5. Business trading since date
  6. Facebook and Instagram. 
  • Tiny Equestrians is not available for re-sale at Markets or online Market places. You agree to not sell our products on e-Commerce Marketplaces such as ebay, Catch, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace etc and their affiliated partners.
  • Tiny Equestrians is a boutique brand available to retail stores & reputable online retailers.
  • To help us process your application, please ensure you provide accurate information. For example, if you have a shopfront, we need your shop address, ie, where the goods will be sold.
  • Once we receive your application we will assess the compatibility of your business with Tiny Equestrians & availability in your area, if applicable.
  • All orders are on a proforma basis. Once we receive your order we will email you a proforma invoice.
  • Minimum order quantity $200 (ex GST) for the first order and $100 (ex GST) for orders thereafter.
  • Delivery charges are additional
  • Tiny Equestrians requires full payment prior to shipping your order.
  • All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the invoice has been paid. We do not accept the return of unsold goods or change of mind.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) & exclude 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to revise or amend our pricing at any time & may do so without notice.
  • In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please email Tiny Equestrians at tinyequestrians@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Clear imagery must be supplied of damaged packaging and products. Each case will be considered and resolved individually, no compensation will be provided for damages or faults incurred post delivery.
  • Non-delivery must be reported immediately.
  • By completing the below form below and placing an order with us you're accepting our trading terms & conditions. 
  • By placing an order with Tiny Equestrians you agree to our terms of service including: the display of our brand’s name wherever our products are displayed, inclusive of marketing materials and social media.
  • Price list maybe subject to change and listed in AUD.
  • Wholesale accounts with no purchase history inside 6 months may be removed from the wholesale program.

APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

    tinyequestrians.com.au is developed in Victoria, Australia, therefore, all purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the State of Victoria. Use of this site will be in accordance with the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia.
